Totally agree- the Law is little incentive incentive - the failures are obvious - the Tribunals aren’t about clearing confusion or great areas- they are just about getting what the regulations say you should reasonably expect anyway. Hitting councils budget and creating big financial risks as a penalty has got to be the way forward. Costs for mental health impacts and lost education should be qualified. And parents shouldn’t have to remortgage their houses to fight for their children’s needs to be met so legal aid or litigation loans should be more accessible and payable by the council when they loose.

I noticed your areas stats feature on this. Sounds like you have worked really hard for your daughter- I hope things get better . I live in Bucks - the poor communication and gas lighting appears to be a common theme 😕
