An absolute shitshow from start to finish. The law is ignored as standard, there is deliberate incompetence, SEND officers lie without compunction, they never accept responsibility it's always one long merry go round trying to get answers. Parents are forced to commission independent assessments and go to SENDIST because what is produced is so lacking in quality it is useless.
